About Us
We are all Behaviour Analysts with backgrounds in Psychology and Early Years & Childhood Studies and Masters level qualifications in Applied Behaviour Analysis. We each have extensive knowledge of working with children on the Autism Spectrum and challenging behaviour. Each of us is passionate about Early Intervention and making a real difference in our student’s lives. Our goal is to make a positive difference to young children and their families.

Fleur was awarded a First Class Honour for the completion of her B. A. in Early Years and Childhood Studies at UCC in 2013. In addition, she graduated with a Second Class Honour for her MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis at NUIG in 2015. Her thesis focused on teaching children with High Functioning Autism to detect and respond to sarcasm.

In 2017, she qualified as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). This certification is one of the highest levels of achievement. The BCBA is second only to a BCBA-d, which is a doctoral level certification. In 2018, she completed the ‘Teach Me As I Am’ Early Years Autism Inclusion Training delivered by AsIAm. She has also completed a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Counselling Children and Adolescents and Special Educational Needs Advanced. Fleur holds a current First Aid Certificate. She is a member of the Teaching Council of Ireland
Fleur has 10 years’ experience working with both adults and children with various special educational needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Down’s Syndrome, Intellectual Disability and Global Developmental Disorder. She has extensive experience delivering staff training, parent training, designing and implementing Individual Education Plans and developing Behaviour Support Plans in many settings including mainstream schools, an ASD preschool and home settings. She worked closely with various professionals including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Care Workers, Montessori Teachers and BCBAs gaining insight and knowledge from other professionals who work in this area. She spent four months training in Sonas Junior Primary School. Additionally, she spent 6 months training in Rehabcare; a facility catered for adults with various intellectual and developmental disabilities. While working here, her primary role was focused at implementing Positive Behaviour Support.
Fleur’s primary interest is working in Early Intervention. Subsequently, she has spent the past 8 years designing and implementing Early Intervention Home Programs and Behaviour Support Plans for children on the Autism Spectrum. She has substantial experience in using curricula such as VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R.

Sinead began her career in London with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology (2004), followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology (2007). After returning to Ireland, she completed an MSc in Psychology at Trinity College Dublin, graduating with Distinction in 2011. Her research focused on language development in young children with ASD and was published in 2013. She has extensive expertise in developing and implementing individualized education programs for children on the autism spectrum and supporting students with a wide range of behavioural and learning needs.
In 2012, Sinead achieved Board Certification through the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB). She is also a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and a registered member of the Teaching Council of Ireland.
Over the years, Sinead has gained extensive experience working across early intervention programs, schools, and mainstream education settings in both Ireland and the UK. She has provided consultation and support to numerous schools, preschools, and families, and has expertise in assessments such as the ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP, which helps identify and track skill development for children with developmental delays.
Sinead served as Director of Education at the Jonah Project School in Waterford in 2013, where she led the design and supervision of educational and behavioural programs and provided training to teachers. In 2019, she co-founded The Lighthouse Centre, an early intervention ASD-specific centre. She is director and training manager; she designs and supervises educational and behavioural programs and offers ongoing program oversight, and staff and parent training.
She also provides supervision and mentorship to postgraduate students working
towards BCBA certification, supporting the next generation of practitioners in the field.
In addition to her work in behaviour analysis, Sinead is the founder of Better Baby
Sleep (established in 2015), where she supports families with paediatric sleep
concerns through evidence-based strategies that promote healthy sleep habits for children.
With a compassionate and family-centred approach, Sinead is dedicated to empowering children, parents, and educators with the tools and understanding they need to create meaningful, lasting change.

Marta is Certified Behaviour Therapist with 11 years experience in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis. She obtained her Behaviour Therapist Certificate issued by Polish Behavioural Therapy Association affiliated chapter of Association for Behaviour Analysis International in 2012. She is also a recognized as an International Behaviour Analyst (IBAO). Marta Obtained her BCBA qualification in 2022.
She graduated with a Master Degree in Psychology in Kazimierz Wielki Univeristy in Poland in 2011. Her Masters research involved Problems of Diagnosis of Children with Infantile Autism. Marta completed her postgraduate studies in Applied Behaviour Analysis in SWPS University in 2017. She also completed a Pedagogical Qualification course in Kuyavian Pomeranian Centre of Teachers Education in Torun. In 2012, she got a Certificate of the Teacher-Therapist for ASD issued by Institute for Child Development in Gdańsk, which is the Polish dissemination site of Princeton Child Development Institute (PCDI) in the US.
Marta has worked in a number of settings over the past 11 years. She has worked in Poland in a Public School Complex as a Specialist Teacher. She also worked in a Private Primary School for Children with Autism “Prometheus” as a psychologist where she was responsible for developing and implementing Education and Behaviour Supports Programs for children on autism spectrum. She was a member of the Association for Children with Autism in Torun, where her main role was implementing ABA home programs. She has worked on multi-disciplinary teams with professionals such as Speech and Language Therapist, Primary Teachers and Specialist Teachers.
In 2013, Marta moved to Ireland and set up and opened a Behaviour Therapy Clinic. She provides private ABA sessions for children with disabilities. She carries out assessments, develops and implements educational programs, designs behaviour support plans and provides training for parents. She is registered with the Teaching Council and she is a graduate member of Psychological Society of Ireland.
Marta has experience in a variety of settings including: 1:1 therapy sessions, dual sessions, integration classes and home based programs. She is constantly developing her experience and skills by participating in International Scientific Symposiums and practical training that takes place in ABA schools in Poland.
