We are all Behaviour Analysts with backgrounds in Psychology and Early Years & Childhood Studies and Masters level qualifications in Applied Behaviour Analysis. We each have extensive knowledge of working with children on the Autism Spectrum and challenging behaviour. Each of us is passionate about Early Intervention and making a real difference in our student’s lives. Our goal is to make a positive difference to young children and their families.

Fleur is an experienced and highly qualified professional serving as Director, Co Founder and Manager of The Lighthouse Centre.
She holds a First Class Honours degree in Early Years and Childhood Studies from University College Cork (2013), and a Master of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis from the National University of Ireland, Galway (2015).
In 2017, Fleur achieved certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), a globally recognised and rigorous professional credential. She has continued to strengthen her leadership and clinical expertise through additional qualifications, including the “Teach Me As I Am” Early Years Autism Inclusion Training (AsIAm), and diplomas in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Counselling Children and Adolescents, and Advanced Special Educational Needs. She is a registered member of the Teaching Council of Ireland and maintains a current First Aid certification.
Fleur has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Care Workers, Montessori Teachers, and Behaviour Analysts, ensuring an integrated and person-centred approach to care and education.
A key focus of Fleur’s professional practice is early intervention. Previous to her role as Manager at The Lighthouse Centre, she led the design, implementation, and oversight of early intervention home programmes and behaviour support plans for children on the autism spectrum. She has advanced proficiency in the use of evidence-based assessment and curriculum tools, including VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R, ensuring programmes are data-driven, outcome-focused, and tailored to individual needs.
As a manager of The Lighthouse Centre, Fleur holds overall responsibility for the effective leadership, administration, and quality assurance of the setting. This role is central to ensuring that the service operates in compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practice guidelines, while also fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children. Fleur is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice, governance, and service delivery, with a strong emphasis on leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
In addition, Fleur plays a strategic role in the ongoing development of the service, including setting goals, driving quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring that the service reflects current research and best practice in early childhood care and education. Fleur implements strong leadership and organisational skills, and ais committed to delivering high-quality early years care and education.

Sinead is a Chartered Behavioural Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). Sinead specialises in paediatric sleep, autism spectrum disorder, behavioural analysis and early intervention for young children with developmental delays and challenging behaviour.
Sinead is Co-Founder, Director, and Training Manager of The Lighthouse Centre, where she provides clinical oversight, programme development, and professional training. She also supervises postgraduate trainees pursuing behavioural psychology certification.
She has extensive experience across early intervention, specialist, and mainstream educationalsettings in Ireland and the UK.
In addition, she is the founder of Better Baby Sleep, supporting families in addressing
paediatric sleep difficulties through evidence-based strategies that promote healthy sleep habits for children. With a compassionate and family-centred approach, Sinead is dedicated to empowering children, parents, and educators with the tools and understanding they need to create meaningful, lasting change.
She is Board Certified by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB), a Chartered
Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (C.Psychol.,Ps.S.I) and a registered member of the Teaching Council of Ireland. Her clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practice, with particular expertise in the design, implementation, and evaluation of individualised educational and behavioural programmes.

Marta Golik is a psychologist and Certified Behaviour Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting children with autism and developmental differences. She is a Certified Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Therapist, Behaviour Analyst (BCBA and IBA), and a Chartered Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Kazimierz Wielki University in Poland and completed postgraduate studies in Applied Behaviour Analysis at SWPS University, strengthening her understanding of evidence-informed approaches to child development and autism support.
Marta is a Certified ESDM Therapist. ESDM is an evidence-based, play-based approach for young children with autism that supports communication, social connection, and early learning through positive, everyday interactions.
This qualification reflects Marta’s focus on child-centred support that builds on each child’s strengths and supports meaningful development in natural environments.
Throughout her career, Marta has worked in schools, specialist settings, and home-based support services. She has strong experience in creating individualised learning plans and behaviour support strategies tailored to each child.
She has extensive experience supporting children with complex behavioural needs, with a focus on understanding behaviour and helping children develop practical skills for communication, emotional regulation, and independence.
In Poland, she worked as a Specialist Teacher and psychologist in both mainstream and autism-specialist schools, collaborating closely with speech and language therapists and educators.
In 2013, Marta moved to Ireland, where she founded a Behaviour Therapy Clinic. She provides ESDM and ABA-informed therapy, carries out functional assessments, develops individualised support plans, and offers parent training.
Marta is registered with the Teaching Council and continues to develop her practice through international training and ongoing professional development in autism and child development.
